CURLOPT_SOCKOPTDATA - pointer to pass to sockopt callback

# DESCRIPTION

Pass a *pointer* that is untouched by libcurl and passed as the first
argument in the sockopt callback set with CURLOPT_SOCKOPTFUNCTION(3).
